The CC executive will be the face of BVC Logistics for customers and partners.

Job Description

  • Handling customer grievances & complaints through e-mails, telephonic conversation and meetings.
  • Follow up with clients for payments.
  • Handling all inbound calls from the customers and resolving their queries, complaints and request.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Resolutions for their various services and technical problems.
