Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Inbound Customer Service Executive to handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving issues, providing product/service information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls/emails/chats from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and empathetically.
Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in CRM systems.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
Meet performance metrics such as call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and first-call resolution.
Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and customer service best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum HSC or Graduate in any discipline.
1+ years of experience in a customer service role (preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
Fluency in [insert required languages].

Shift & Schedule:

Rotational shifts / Fixed shifts (as applicable)
Weekend availability may be required
