1- logging calls, coordinating with clients and try closing eligible calls over phone 2- coordinating with clients and align respective location engineers/vendors for pending calls and applicable installation requests, coordinate for technical support to service vendors 3- Taking customer feedback of open cases and updating completed calls in system 4- sending spares to customers and service vendor, on call closure coordinating for defective and unused spares return pickup from customers and Service vendors 5- Ensure timely completion of complaints and enhance customer satisfaction. 6- Prepare the data of inventory aging report, send defective and aging spares to Delta 7- preparing vendor agreements and submission for renewal case and new service vendors 8- MIS Reporting based on daily, Weekly, and monthly reports 9- Vendor monthly claim submission 10 Arranging technical training to partner engineer as applicable.
