Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound voice calls for Australian customers.

* Support clients with insurance policy information, claim status updates, and documentation.

* Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.

* Ensure compliance with client guidelines and service standards.

* Consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet performance metrics.

Preferred candidate profile

* Education: Undergraduate / Graduate

* Experience: Minimum 1 year in International Voice Process(mandatory)

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

* Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented approach.

* Willingness to work in Australian Shift (3:00 AM 12:00 Noon)

Perks & Benefits

* Salary: 4.5 LPA + Performance-based Incentives (on client basis)

* Allowance: 5,700 per month

* Fixed Shift & Fixed Weekly Off

* Both Side Cab Facility Available
