Job Description

Alobha Technology Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and target-driven Customer Service Executive (Sales) to join our growing team. If you are passionate about sales and have strong communication skills, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound sales calls to potential customers.
  • Pitch and promote company products/services based on customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups and handle customer queries.
  • Update customer details and sales data in the CRM.
  • Collect market insights to support sales strategy.
  • Share regular reports on sales activities and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fresher to 1 year of experience in tele calling or sales (B2B/B2C preferred).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Customer-focused with good relationship-building skills.
  • Good time management and ability to handle multiple calls.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and tele calling systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and objection-handling skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
