Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive located in Jaipur. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, providing outstanding customer support, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include managing customer service requests, maintaining customer service records, and collaborating with other departments to address customer needs. The role will also involve customer service management tasks such as performance tracking and process improvements.
