Job Description

Min 2 years in to Customer role with good communication skills

Job Responsibilities:-

1) Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email or in person (Prenium client twice in a month)
2) Coordinating with customers for Sales enquiries coming from Website/ Social Media Platforms/ Whatsapp etc
3) Upselling other products while guiding the orders Customer inquired / placing orders/ verifying the orders placed/ or support in completing the purchase
4) Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products/services
5) Prepare basic sales reports and documentation
6) Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
