Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Engineer, based in Patiala. The Customer Service Engineer will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through effective field service, customer support, and technical support. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting and resolving issues related to our products, conducting maintenance, and providing timely assistance to customers. The role requires proactive engagement with clients to ensure high service standards and customer retention.

• Field Service and Technical Support skills
• Troubleshooting skills
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Experience in the tyre industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred
