The Customer Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting, ensuring optimal equipment functionality. Day-to-day tasks include delivering field service visits, addressing customer support needs, resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining and servicing medical equipment efficiently and professionally. Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Support, and building positive client relationships Expertise in Field Service and on-site support for equipment maintenance and performance Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting for resolving technical issues effectively Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently Educational qualification in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is beneficial Experience in servicing medical imaging equipment is a plus
