Job Description

Looking for a skilled Customer Service Domestic Non Voice Lead to join our team at Hexaware Technologies Ltd. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide top-notch service to our clients.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the customer service team to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer queries.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues.
Analyze customer feedback and suggest changes to improve overall customer experience.
Train and coach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure team effectiveness.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a non-voice environment.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
Experience with customer relationship management software and other relevant tools.
Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve exceptional results.
