Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and provide additional support if needed.
  • Handle billing inquiries, payment issues, and provide solutions in a professional manner.
  • Stay updated on product/service changes, policies, and best practices to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Contribute to improving customer service processes and enhancing the overall customer experience.
