Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, resolve queries, and provide accurate information related to products, payments, and account status.
  • Manage collections activities by following up with customers on overdue payments, negotiating repayment plans, and maintaining clear documentation.
  • Maintain high service quality by addressing customer concerns promptly, escalating complex issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for case resolution, track payment commitments, and update systems with accurate and timely records.
