This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Associate located in Thane. The Customer Service Associate will handle voice, email, and chat support, manage customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction. They will also be responsible for maintaining records of customer interactions, processing orders, and providing feedback to improve processes and services. The ideal candidate will work in coordination with the team to meet service level agreements and improve customer experience.
