Job Description

You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and delightful customer experience at our cinema, PVR INOX. This includes handling ticketing, assisting patrons, addressing queries, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and ambiance of the theater. - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. - Handle ticket sales, cancellations, and reservations efficiently. - Provide information about movie schedules, promotions, and offers. - Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly, escalating to management when necessary. - Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the lobby, ticket counters, and auditorium areas. - Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations. - Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Minimum qualification required for this role is 12th Pass/Graduate. Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure, basic computer skills for ticketing systems, and flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays. The company provides Provident Fund benefits. Location for this position is Siligur, West Bengal.
