Role Overview: As a Customer Service Associate fluent in Bengali, you will be responsible for contacting potential or existing customers using prepared scripts, answering customer questions about products and services, and effectively closing sales. Your role will involve understanding customer needs, forwarding qualified leads to the field sales team, maintaining customer information in the database, and processing orders accurately. Additionally, you will be expected to address and resolve customer complaints professionally, keep detailed records of calls and sales, and conduct online research to support lead generation activities.
