Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a set of sellers after registration build strong relationships and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Receive seller queries via WhatsApp, phone, or email and raise each query/issue through the internal employee panel.
  • Accurately assign and escalate queries to the relevant backend teams (Tech, Operations, Onboarding, Finance, etc.) using the panel.
  • Track each query's status and follow up with backend teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Communicate progress and solutions back to the seller, keeping them updated until closure.
  • Assist sellers with onboarding steps, KYC, order management, and understanding Shiplee's features.
  • Gather feedback and insights from sellers to share with product/operations for improvement.
  • Maintain proper logs and records of all communications, queries, and resolutions.
