Role Description This is a full-time Customer Service Associate role located on-site in Coimbatore. The Customer Service Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, delivering superior customer service, and enhancing overall customer experience on a daily basis. Qualifications Customer Support and Customer Service skills Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills Phone Etiquette proficiency Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively Experience in a customer service role is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required
