Role Description

This is a full-time Customer Service Associate role located on-site in Coimbatore. The Customer Service Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, delivering superior customer service, and enhancing overall customer experience on a daily basis.
