Customer Service Associate

Role & responsibilities

• Excellent in the English language
• You are service-oriented
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft office software package
• You feel comfortable in a dynamic environment
• Knowledge of Excel is a requirement, you do not shy away from

terms like vertical search

• Follow-up with Special order team for the status of product delivery to our warehouse & placing the order and reply to customer on the order status
• Interact with Departments, such as Customer service operation team and Credits, as necessary to resolve customer refunds issues
• Processing Admin, by checking stock & out of stock listed items.

Work closely with logistic transport support and the in the Netherlands located team

Preferred candidate profile

Education & Experience:

• Minimum of 3 5 years experience in relevant industry
• Graduate degree B.com & BBA Or Bachelors degree in Engineering
• Automotive Parts Knowledge is preferred
• Good English communication skills both - spoken & written.
• Accurate and efficient service skills

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Accurate and efficient reconciliation skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast paced continually changing business and work environment
• Ability to communicate with Members at all levels of the organization

Essential Physical Demands/Work Environment:

• Attention to detail is necessary, Ability to multi-task
• Frequently working on projects that require deadlines
• Regularly understand the speech of another person
• Should have a ‘Do what it takes’ and a ‘Can do Attitude’
