Job Description

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be a frontline professional within the customer support or customer experience teams of an organization. Your primary goal will be to handle customer interactions across various communication channels, providing excellent service, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships between the company and its customers. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Act as the first point of contact for customers:** You will be responsible for providing timely and accurate information about products, services, and company policies. - **Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues:** Proficiently handle customer questions, complaints, and issues via phone, email, live chat, social media, or in person. Ensure effective issue resolution to maintain customer satisfaction, including processing returns, refunds, and resolving billing discrepancies. - **Facilitate order processing and follow-up:** Record keeping, upselling, cross-selling, feedback collection, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth order management. - **Perform administrative duties:** Handle administrative tasks related to customer service operations. **Qualifications Required:** - **Soft Skills:** You should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, active listening, empathy, strong problem-solving abilities, patience, attention to detail, and the ability to manage difficult interactions. Additionally, multitasking capabilities and a friendly, professional demeanor are essential. - **Technical Skills:** Proficiency with computers and CRM software, familiarity with help desk tools, communication platforms, order, and inventory management systems, as well as knowledge of social media management tools are necessary for this role. *Note: This job is a full-time, permanent position with the benefit of cell phone reimbursement.
