Role Overview: You will be a Customer Service Advisor based in Pune, India, playing a crucial role in providing exceptional customer support for our specialized healthcare software, Cellma. Your responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries and technical issues through various channels, documenting support requests and resolutions accurately, ensuring data security, staying updated on RioMed's healthcare software, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently. Additionally, you will prioritize tasks, prepare reports, attend service meetings with customers, and assist in training sessions on Cellma.
