Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle international voice process calls from customers across various countries, including US process knowledge.
  • Utilize fluency in English language to effectively communicate with clients and address their issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless resolution of complex customer complaints.
  • Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve customer queries and concerns.
  • Maintain 100% accurate records in CRM and Google Sheets.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and updates on all open cases.
  • Assist U.S. sales representatives and partners by tracking deals and updating project status.
  • Update and monitor project stages in CRM tools (Insightly, Ascent, HubSpot, etc.).
