Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team with order processing, quotations, and follow-ups.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain and update customer re
• cords in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with logistics and production teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Generate sales reports and track order status.
• Handle after-sales service requests and resolve customer issues.
• Support the team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or inside sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
• Fluent in English.
