Location: Dwarka, New Delhi Working Days: Monday to Saturday (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM) Website: www.dynacleanindustries.com Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Sales Support Executive to join our team. This role involves assisting the sales team, managing client interactions, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal departments. Key Responsibilities: Assist the sales team with order processing, quotations, and follow-ups. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person in a timely and professional manner. Maintain and update customer re cords in the CRM system. Coordinate with logistics and production teams to ensure timely deliveries. Generate sales reports and track order status. Handle after-sales service requests and resolve customer issues. Support the team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication. Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field. 0–2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or inside sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Basic knowledge of CRM systems is a plus. Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively. Fluent in English.
