Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Sales Specialist to drive sales, build lasting relationships with clients, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The role involves understanding customer needs, recommending solutions, and achieving sales targets while ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

• Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products/services.
• Drive sales through consultative selling, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide accurate product/service information and handle customer inquiries.
• Manage the sales pipeline and update CRM tools with leads, opportunities, and progress.
• Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to enhance the customer journey.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.
• Collect and share customer feedback to improve products, services, and processes.
• Represent the company at events, trade shows, and customer meetings when required.
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or account management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-first mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and MS Office.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
