Customer Sales Specialist

As a Customer Sales Specialist at THW - The Healthy World, you will be a key player in converting leads and driving sales for our upcoming launch. We prefer candidates residing near Viman Nagar, Pune, to facilitate easy travel and close collaboration with our team. Join our dynamic team as we gear up for an exciting product launch in early December, with the aim to have our team in place by 1st November. Your responsibilities will include engaging potential customers through telecalling, email, and other communication channels to convert leads into sales. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with potential and existing customers, meeting individual and team sales targets, conducting follow-ups with prospective customers, and maintaining customer information in the CRM system. To excel in this role, you should have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or a customer-facing role, preferably in a D2C or startup environment. Strong communication and sales skills are essential, along with a target-driven mindset and a passion for achieving sales goals in a growing, mission-driven startup.
