Job Description

Contacting leads, setting up appointments to present company products, and giving product demonstrations at the customer's residence.
Building positive relationships with customers.
Will be assisted with digital leads through online platforms and call centres.
Should have detailed information on the products and services offered by the company.
Develop and maintain a prospective customer database.
Meet and exceed sales targets through prospecting, referrals, and collateral campaigns.
Making sure the customers are well-informed about the product.
Making sure to provide excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
Responsible for customer ID creation and order collection.
Attending trade shows and other BTL marketing activities like canopy, society engagement programmes, exhibitions, and other activation programmes.
Staying up to date on the latest technologies and developments in the industry.
