Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Sales Executive to join our team in Guwahati, with a focus on two-wheeler loans. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer service. Roles and Responsibility
Perform tasks under the guidance of the Supervisor/Manager.
Identify potential business customers and collect documents for validation.
Log cases in the system as per SOP and follow processes for disbursement.
Fulfill sanction ratios as per organizational requirements.
Meet customer needs and cross-sell multiple products.
Empanel new vendors and develop relationships with them.

Job
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
Knowledge of audit/RBI regulations and compliance.
Experience in customer relationship management and vendor development.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Info
The selected candidate will be required to perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor/manager.
