About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Customer Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves guiding prospective students through the admission process, addressing their queries, and converting leads into confirmed admissions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for the education sector.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and respond to admission-related inquiries via calls, emails, and WhatsApp/online platforms.
  • Provide prospective students with accurate and detailed information about university programs, eligibility, fees, scholarships, and the admission process.
  • Counsel students to identify their academic goals and recommend suitable courses.
  • Maintain and update student lead databases, ensuring proper tracking and timely follow-ups.
  • Convert student leads into admissions by effectively communicating value propositions.
  • Address queries from students promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with the admissions and back-end teams for smooth student onboarding.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly admission and sales targets.
  • Represent the university brand positively while ensuring high levels of student satisfaction.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred: Marketing, Business, or Sales).
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales or customer service (experience in education/overseas admissions is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (both written and spoken).
  • Ability to manage large volumes of student queries with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive personality.
