OBJECTS OF THE COMPANY

Our vision is to organize the travel companies operation and associate them all into a single platform and make them travel professionals. Our expertise area includes Travel Website Development, Travel CRM Software, Travel Portal Development, FD Portal Development, DMC Portal Development, and Digital Marketing Services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monitor and manage WhatsApp messages for client inquiries then create tickets.
Ensure prompt responses and escalate issues when necessary.
Record and report feedback to help improve service quality.
Conduct follow-ups via calls and emails to gather client feedback.
Create service tickets for client requests and issues.
Track and share the status of team tickets to senior management to ensure timely resolution.
Send personalized birthday messages to clients.
Arrange and coordinate gift deliveries to enhance client relationships.

REQUIREMENTS:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of Ms word and Ms Excel
Good Client relationship and email writing skills
Highly organized with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
