Customer Req. Assessment Specialist

Location Hinjewadi, Pune - Maharashtra, India

YOUR TASKS
  • Assess, evaluate, and maintain all customer requirement documents, ensuring they are current, accurate, and processed as per defined procedures.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional experts to analyze applicability, relevance, and acceptance of customer requirements, including laws and regulations.
  • Support negotiations with customers and create clear execution summaries for approved requirements to enable smooth organizational implementation.
  • Trigger and monitor follow-up actions to ensure accepted requirements are implemented within product, technology, and process domains.
  • Drive continuous improvement and conduct trainings on requirement assessment processes, tools, and methodologies across teams.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
  • University degree (Engineering / Business).
  • 8+ years' experience in requirements, quality, project, or product domains.
  • Tools: DOORS, Pro4B, document management systems.
  • Skills: Requirement analysis, negotiation, stakeholder coordination.
  • Languages: Fluent English (Chinese beneficial).
