Job Description

YOUR TASKS

- Assess, evaluate, and maintain all customer requirement documents, ensuring they are current, accurate, and processed as per defined procedures. - Coordinate with cross-functional experts to analyze applicability, relevance, and acceptance of customer requirements, including laws and regulations. - Support negotiations with customers and create clear execution summaries for approved requirements to enable smooth organizational implementation. - Trigger and monitor follow-up actions to ensure accepted requirements are implemented within product, technology, and process domains. - Drive continuous improvement and conduct trainings on requirement assessment processes, tools, and methodologies across teams.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

- University degree (Engineering / Business). - 8+ years experience in requirements, quality, project, or product domains. - Tools: DOORS, Pro4B, document management systems. - Skills: Requirement analysis, negotiation, stakeholder coordination. - Languages: Fluent English (Chinese beneficial).
