Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rourkela for a Customer Representative Officer. The primary responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective support and handling customer service concerns. The officer will also work to enhance customer experience and maintain strong communication with clients to understand and resolve their needs in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service processes
• Proven ability to achieve high levels of Customer Satisfaction and foster positive Customer Experience
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Problem-solving and interpersonal skills to maintain effective customer relationships
• Organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in financial services or microfinance is a plus
• Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
