Customer Renewals Team Lead

As a Team Leader for Customer Renewals at IRIS KPO Resourcing (I) Pvt Ltd in Chennai, you will play a crucial role in leading our Customer Renewals team. Your responsibilities will include driving team performance, ensuring timely renewals, delivering excellent customer service, and fostering team growth and development. You will be tasked with leading and motivating the Customer Renewals team to achieve performance targets. Your role will involve ensuring smooth handling of customer queries, quotations, and renewals, while monitoring SLAs, workflow, and quality standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective account management and serving as a point of escalation for complex customer issues. To excel in this role, you should possess prior experience in handling Renewals processes along with leadership responsibilities. Strong people management and communication skills are essential. You should be willing to work in the UK Shift (2 PM - 11 PM) and hold a graduate degree with relevant team handling experience. The position requires you to be based in our Chennai office at Nungambakkam. We offer a one-way drop facility for female employees and follow a 5-day work week (Monday to Friday).
