The Customer Relationship Specialist will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and providing exceptional customer support. The role involves daily tasks such as addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, maintaining customer records, and providing feedback to improve service processes. The specialist will also be responsible for analyzing customer data to enhance the overall customer experience.
