Job Description

| Roles & Responsibilities |

Handling Existing Key Customer Accounts.
Maintain Relationship with Customer Inquiry, Leads handling, Customer Follow up.
Data Management using CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
Overseeing timely delivery and payment of sales orders.
Single point contact between Customers & Factory for customer support.
Coordinating with the internal teams to process customer orders.
Tracking and updating customers on the status of their orders.
Proactively identify, investigate and resolve recurring customer support issues.
Proactively gather and utilize customer feedback and suggestions in coordination with Sales and Marketing team.
Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions.
Managing CRM platform for data and analytics.
Customer Satisfaction Index of all customer on a Monthly Basis.

Qualification & Skills:

Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field

5+ years of experience in Sales field

Fluent in business English communication and local languages

Proactive and solution-oriented approach with a good entrepreneurial mindset

Balanced and resilient personality

Knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint, Email Drafting

Immediate Joining is Preferred
