Job Description

As a Customer Relationship Manager at QMC in Gurgaon, India, your role will involve managing and improving the overall experience of applicants interacting with the company. You will handle IRs (Incident Reports), applicant queries, and collaborate with the call center and other support teams to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of concerns. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact within the Ops team for applicant inquiries, feedback, and concerns. - Coordinate with Operations, Clinical, and other supporting departments to facilitate timely and accurate communication and service delivery. - Monitor applicant satisfaction levels and introduce initiatives to enhance the overall applicant experience. Qualifications: - Hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in healthcare or healthcare management. - Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare customer service or applicant relations. - Proficient in PPT, Excel, and data analysis. - Demonstrate good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. - Exhibit strong multitasking and prioritization abilities in a dynamic environment. - Have familiarity with CRM and applicant management systems.,
