Customer Relationship Manager  (CRM)

Key Responsibilities:

● Assist clients in understanding property options, legal processes, and financial  implications. 

● Handle customer inquiries, provide tailored solutions, and address concerns  promptly. 

● Coordinate site visits and guide clients through project details. 

● Maintain an updated CRM database to track leads, conversions, and client  interactions. 

● Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to deliver exceptional  service. 

● Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas of improvement. 

● Stay informed about the real estate market, industry trends, and competitor  offerings. 

Qualifications:

● Proven experience in customer relationship management, preferably in real  estate. 

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

● Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities. 

● Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office Suite. 

● Fluency in English, Hindi and Oria is preferred.
