Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving property sales through direct client interactions, relationship building, and effective communication. This role requires a strong understanding of real estate products and a passion for achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: ï‚· Actively identify and pursue potential clients through various channels including walk-ins, referrals, and online leads. ï‚· Conduct property presentations, site visits, and explain features, pricing, and benefits of projects to clients. ï‚· Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. ï‚· Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a high conversion rate from inquiry to sale. ï‚· Coordinate with internal departments for documentation, legal formalities, and post-sales services. ï‚· Keep updated with market trends, competitor activities, and project developments. Requirements: ï‚· Proven track record in real estate or direct sales preferred. ï‚· Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. ï‚· Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure. ï‚· Basic computer proficiency and knowledge of CRM tools.
