Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:
Greet customers, understand their needs and budget and recommend appropriate vehicles.
Vehicle Knowledge:
Stay updated on models, features, specifications and competitive offers to provide expert advice.
Demonstrations:
Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features to potential buyers.
Sales & Negotiation:
Negotiate pricing and financing options to close deals and meet sales targets.
Customer Follow-up:
Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Relationship Building:
Build positive, long-term relationships with customers.
Team Collaboration:
Work with the finance and service departments to facilitate sales and support customers.

Required Skills:

Interpersonal & Communication:
Exceptional abilities to build rapport, communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service.
Sales & Negotiation:
Strong skills to convince customers and successfully close deals.
Product Knowledge:
A sound understanding of the vehicles, their features, and the automotive market.
Organizational Skills:
Ability to manage multiple customer interactions and accurately handle paperwork.
Problem-Solving:
Skill in addressing customer concerns and finding suitable solutions.

Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
Good Communication skills.
1+ years experience in retail sales can be considered.
Freshers with interest in Car Sales also can apply.
