Role & responsibilities

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven CRM Managers to join our team for the CUET App. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective students, providing them with information about the CUET app and its features, and assisting them in their journey to excel in the CUET. This role requires excellent communication skills, an ability to handle inquiries, and the ability to work towards achieving sales or engagement targets. Also have to handle the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential students or parents to provide information about the CUET app.
• Answer queries and provide detailed information about the features, benefits, and pricing of the app.
• Assist students in understanding the various courses, mock tests, and study resources available on the app.
• Help students with the registration process and guide them through the apps functionalities.
• Maintain records of calls, inquiries, and feedback in the system.
• Achieve set targets for user registration or engagement.
• Follow up with interested leads and provide personalized support to increase conversion rates.
• Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer inquiries and suggestions.
• Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all communications with students and parents.

Preferred candidate profile

• Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales is preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to explain complex information in a simple, clear manner.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
• Basic knowledge of the CUET exam structure and educational apps is a plus.
