Job Description

Track leads, follow up regularly, and convert walk-ins into sales. Maintain a visually appealing store layout that reflects the design aesthetics of the brand. Collaborate with the design and installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. Resolve customer complaints or issues professionally and efficiently. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, design trends, and customer behavior. Requirements: Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in interior, architecture, or retail design industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sense of design and aesthetics is a plus.
