Job Description

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs, offering appropriate solutions, and ensuring regular follow-ups.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring swift resolution.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Support) to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer expectations.
Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and analyze feedback to identify areas of improvement.
Prepare regular reports on customer health, retention rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to help expand the company's services within the existing customer base.
Organize periodic meetings with clients to understand evolving requirements and ensure their goals are being met.
Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Ensure customer onboarding processes are smooth, well-documented, and efficient.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Experience:
