Customer Relationship Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager to join our team, specializing in immigration and study abroad services. The ideal candidate will have experience managing teams, driving customer satisfaction, and a strong understanding of global education or immigration processes. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients seeking immigration or international education services. Lead and mentor a small team of customer service representatives or consultants. Resolve client inquiries, concerns, and service issues in a timely and professional manner. Coordinate with internal departments (admissions, legal, visa processing) to ensure seamless customer experiences. Analyze client feedback and recommend improvements to enhance service quality. Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Assist in developing customer service policies and procedures tailored to international service delivery. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a customer-facing environment. Prior experience in immigration consultancy or study abroad industry is essential. Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills. Proficient with CRM software and customer service tools. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
