Job Description

  • Complaint management: Resolving customer complaints, tracking corrective action, and closing complaints
  • Service appointments: Generating service appointments and coaching service marketing executives
  • Lost customers: Designing and leading initiatives to regain lost service customers
  • Centralized data: Storing and managing customer data in a centralized system, including contact information, vehicle preferences, purchase history, and service records
  • Personalized interactions: Using customer data to personalize interactions with customers, improving customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Marketing campaigns: Identifying market segments and creating personalized marketing campaigns for each segment
  • Automation: Using automation to send appointment reminders and schedule test drives
  • Follow-up communications: Automating follow-up communications with customers to ensure timely reminders for routine maintenance, tire rotations, and other service needs

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹9,590.82 - ₹29,498.03 per month
