Position Overview: ( FEMALE)

The Customer Relationship Manager is responsible for maintaining good relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting sales and service teams for smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints politely and effectively.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the system.
  • Follow up with customers on sales, service, and feedback.
  • Coordinate with sales and service teams for customer needs.
  • Ensure timely communication with customers about offers, reminders, and updates.
  • Build long-term relationships to improve customer loyalty.

Skills Required

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM software).
  • Problem-solving and customer handling ability.
  • Positive attitude and team spirit.

Qualification

  • Graduate in any stream.
  • Experience in customer service or sales will be an added advantage.
