Location: Alamgir, Ludhiana Salary: Up to ₹15,000 (depending on interview & experience) Job Type: Full-time | Customer Relationship Management Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM --- Job Description We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Female CRM Executive to manage client relations, handle inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction. The candidate will act as a bridge between clients and the company, maintaining smooth communication and follow-ups. --- Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and customer inquiries. Maintain and update client records in CRM software/Excel. Follow up with customers for payments, orders, and feedback. Coordinate with sales, accounts, and operations teams. Resolve customer issues and provide timely support. Prepare customer service reports and dashboards. --- Requirements Education: Minimum Graduation. Experience: Minimum 1 year in CRM / Customer Support / Back Office. Skills: Excellent communication (English, Hindi, Punjabi). Good knowledge of MS Excel & Google Sheets for reporting.
