Role Overview: You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with customers. As the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, you will need to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services will also be a key aspect of your role. Monitoring customer satisfaction, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, handling complaints effectively, and conducting regular follow-ups with clients will be part of your daily responsibilities. Additionally, analyzing customer feedback, suggesting process improvements, and preparing reports on customer metrics and performance will be essential tasks.
