We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our dynamic interior design team. The ideal candidate will serve as the point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent service and seamless communication. Will also be responsible for internal coordination across departments to ensure timely project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the point of contact for all client communications and queries.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate and communicate effectively between design, sales, procurement, and project execution teams.
Manage customer expectations by providing regular updates on project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain and update client records and reports.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the interior design or related industry.
Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam (spoken and written).
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mind-set.
Proven ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
