Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers to foster loyalty.

  • Act as the main point of contact for client queries, concerns, and requests.
  • Understand client needs and provide suitable solutions in alignment with company offerings.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues by coordinating with internal teams.
  • Maintain customer data, feedback, and interactions in CRM system
  • Regularly update clients on new products, services, or business initiatives.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and drive initiatives to improve customer experience.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling products/services.
  • Prepare reports on customer interactions, satisfaction, and retention metrics.
  • Conduct periodic meetings/reviews with key customers to strengthen relationships.
