Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication & Coordination:

    Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. Respond to queries and ensure timely updates.
  • Issue Resolution:

    Coordinate with internal billing, AR, and technical teams to resolve client concerns efficiently.
  • Account Management:

    Track client performance, billing status, deliverables, and escalations.
  • Reporting:

    Share weekly/monthly performance reports with clients using Excel/CRM dashboards.
  • Retention & Satisfaction:

    Conduct regular follow-ups and feedback calls to ensure long-term client engagement.
  • Process Improvement:

    Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and client experience.
